Founded in 1993, Bennett & Stevens is an independent estate agency, incorporating a specialised residential letting, property management and investment department. The partners of Bennett & Stevens acquired E J Nye in 2000, extending their Tonbridge office to East Peckham and Paddock Wood. E J Nye was established in 1968 and both firms, which work together to provide a seamless service, share many years’ experience and expertise across all areas of their business.
Acting as one, Bennett & Stevens and E J Nye offer an independent service covering residential sales and lettings, property management and property investment. Being independent ensures you receive the best possible service and attention at all times, while the two firms offer a package that is tailored to your own particular needs.
